  • Payment Conditions: Full payment must be made up to 72 hours before arrival.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Reservations Department

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night of the booking.
  • In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total booking amount. Not calling or checking in after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remaining stay.
